Tŷ Hafan offers comfort, care and support for life-limited children and young people and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the whole family. This comfort and support extends out of the hospice and reaches right into the heart of the family home, and is completely free of charge to the families in Wales who need it.
This years Fun Day was the best yet, there was smething for everyone, from classic cars to bouncy castle, craft stalls, Police Dogs and fairground rides.
Ash & Conman offered to come along to the Ty Hafan Family Fun day free of charge to help out for the great cause! Putting on an Interactive skills show on the stage, getting up some young volunteers kitting them out in some SBX gear and teaching them some tricks the crowd loved it!
